Yesterday I had one of the BEST DAYS of my life, you may not know but I am a fan of Harry Potter, have been for many years and I love the fandom of it, I love the books, the movies, the merch, the whole thing! It is a wonderful series of brilliantly written tales.
I have so much to say about Harry Potter I could hardly know where to begin but I thought I would tell you a little over various blog posts of an amazing day out I had yesterday!
Yesterday ‘Man of Mine’ drove us to the ‘Warner Bros Studio Tour, the making of Harry Potter’
Hello, I recently started a group focused on Lagom (balance is the best word to give its ‘vibe’). It’s perfect for all those who love Hygee or those who are simply looking to make life more simple and appreciate the little things as being the big things mentality .
I’m all on board with this as I love these things, and simplicity and home comforts are one of my favourite things, although not a minimalist at all I am very good at clearing clutter generally and I love to organise things and make the most of them where I can.
Lagom- have you even heard of it?
It is likely to be familiar with you if you live in Scandinavia especially Sweden, Norway shone for Hygee, now it is the turn of Sweden to shine for Lagom!
I had not heard of Lagom until sort of recently – it came across my path due to my interest in hygee, – the art of cozy in a way… what i Love about hygee is it connected to me in the that I felt it was how i am really, enjoying the cozy moments of life a great deal, everyone has their own hygge and when i heard Lagom was in a way connected of course i was interested!
Well, are you like me, love your reading, always looking for chances to read, but due to things to do functional and fun, you find that your best reading time is before sleep, so in you climb, covers up, lamp on, open book… is it REALLY the best time for that murder mystery?
It’s a good problem to have… the problem of what to read next, so many books out there, and with the arrival of kindle years ago it seems you can buy books for a lot less than a magazine pretty often.
I have read nearly all of the books on my bookcases, some have come and gone that i never read but that is pretty rare for me if I have wanted them and chosen them, I am usually enthusiastic about books so much so that I want to read them soon as I get them.
I can really go through reading phases with genres, and moods for books can really change at times.
I found myself in a bit of a reading slump that even one of my Cookbook Nook reads waiting on my shelf couldn’t solve (great reads usually to me in the cozy mystery department)
I needed a book that would grip me, one of those ones you just can’t put down easily. One where you just need to know what happens as soon as you can.
